Along with a wide range of CT scans used to visualize nearly all parts of the body to diagnose disease or injury as well as to plan medical treatment, CTA (Computed Tomography Angiography) is used to visualize arterial and venous vessels throughout the body. Using contrast injected into the blood vessels, images are created to look for blockages, aneurysms, dissections, and stenosis allowing for a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and treatment plan for our patients
